Job Description

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Group Privacy team as a Privacy Coordinator. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our day-to-day privacy operations. You'll ensure individuals' data rights are upheld in line with legislation, support internal teams with data handling, breach investigations, and data subject requests, and maintain accurate records and performance metrics. You'll also assist with ROPA and DPIA reviews, draft training and communications materials, stay informed on regulatory updates, and provide general support across the Privacy team.
We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.
