Private associate dentist (2-3 days per week)

Bicton Place Dental, Exmouth

We're looking for a private associate dentist who is

committed to thoughtful patient-centred dentistry

to join our independent practice for 2-3 days per week.

This role would suit someone who genuinely cares about patients, enjoys being part of a supportive team, and wants to deliver excellent dentistry in an ethical way.

About the practice

Bicton Place Dental is a well-established, independent private practice in Exmouth. We provide high-standard family dentistry alongside implants, smile design, clear aligners and facial aesthetics.

Established private list with ongoing new patient enquiries Three modern surgeries in a beautiful Georgian terrace Fully digital practice: Carestack, digital radiography, intraoral scanner and CBCT Strong essentials-style plan base and finance options available for higher-value treatments Friendly, experienced team with hygienist/therapist support Ongoing investment from owners to support clinical excellence Free on-site parking and a dedicated staff room Outstanding work-life balance: five minutes from the beach, marina and water sports
Days and hours are negotiable. Remuneration is attractive, with excellent earning potential for the right person.
