About the role:

Looking for an Associate General Dentist who treats clients slowly and thoroughly and never skips on a step in their protocol. Compromise can't be an option and restorative dentistry will be your bread and butter, albeit restoring quadrants (once you're comfortable with doing so). A DwSI in implants, ortho or cosmetic dentistry would be advantageous. Most of our clients find us on the basis of this work. No amalgam allowed - you must use sectional bands, sculpt your composites and take photos of your work. If you can't reflect you can't improve. We're open to the finished article, or someone who's determined and willing to learn, putting in the hours knowing that you'll be on the path to doing daily dentistry which is rewarding both emotionally and financially. 1-4 days per week available. Working hours can be between 08:00-20:00 Monday-Friday and 8:00-17:00 on Saturday. We normally work 6 or 12 hour shifts. Sliding scale for earnings. Grossing will not be an issue with the systems we have in place and nearly 300 monthly enquiries. But it will take time to adjust to the clinic and build. First and foremost, do the right dentistry and the money will come. You will have unlimited use of materials and labs. We believe in making dentistry as stress free as possible, so have what you need for the job.

About the practice:

Modern fully digital clinic with each treatment room installed with iTero or 3Shape scanners, an on-site lab and 3D printing onsite. We create our own stents, aligners and models for bonding. All nurses trained to the highest standard and practice 4-handed dentistry as the norm. You won't have to look up to fish for instruments. This is a independent clinic. The Co-Principal Dentitsts are very much hands on and are constantly driving the business forward.
