Role Overview:





Working within the Sales Team, you will be the Aviation Advisor for HNWI and Commercial customers. You will develop and foster relationships with new and existing customers ensuring a high-quality service and maximising sales opportunities.



You will be highly organised, confident, personable, be able to build strong and lasting relationships with clients.

You will have experience within the private aviation industry.






Additional language skills would be extremely advantageous.


We are also looking for Junior Account Managers to join us.





Client Relationship Management:




Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within corporate accounts. Manage a portofilio of high value or key clients, circa 50 accounts. Understand the specific needs and requirements of each account and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Conduct training, onboarding, after care of clients. Proactively address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by corporate clients, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism. Address and resolve client issues and concerns. Ensure we cross sell with our Lifestyle department.

Business Development Strategy:




Develop and implement account strategies to achieve client satisfaction and business growth. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and leverage resources effectively. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategic adjustments and improvements. Attend trade shows.

Sales and Negotiation:




Manage client charter requests to achieving sales targets and revenue goals. Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully with clients.

Qualifications and Skills:




Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of broking in Private Aviation space. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with corporate clients and internal stakeholders. Highly organised. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in using CRM software (Zoho) and other sales tools to track and manage corporate accounts. Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and conferences. You will have experience within the private aviation industry. Additional languages would be advantageous.
