We are a leading luxury helicopter charter operator, expanding into private jet brokerage to offer our clients an even more comprehensive service. We're seeking a polished, experienced professional to join our Harrogate office and become a key part of our team.

This role is ideal for a proactive person who thrives in a high-end environment, uses critical thinking and is passionate about aviation.

Your main focus will being the first point of call for our clients, providing quotes and following up on enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the

primary point of contact

for our VIP helicopter charter clients, ensuring a seamless and exceptional end-to-end service.

Develop connections with trusted jet operators, strengthening our network and jet knowledge as we expand. Handle private jet charter enquiries, sourcing and comparing options to deliver the best solutions for client.

Build strong, lasting relationships with UHNW individuals, their representatives, and prospective clients.

Identify opportunities for aircraft management and sales by understanding client needs and preferences.

Liaise closely with our operations team to ensure every detail of each flight is managed to perfection.

Play an active role within the business development team, supporting marketing efforts, strategic initiatives, and client events.

About You:

Proven experience in

aviation

or strong

Jet knowledge.

Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to build trust and rapport.

Strong organisational skills and initiative.

Confident, polished, and comfortable working with UHNW clients and VIPs.

Driven and proactive.

Hardworking and flexible,

this role is not simply 9-5.

Team-oriented, adaptable, and willing to go above and beyond for clients.

Pay: 30,000.00-45,000.00 per year
