  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

Join a team of Private Bankers and Executives to build client relationships in the Sports, Entertainment, and Entrepreneurs Sector. Private Banking offers exciting opportunities to expand services to new client sectors, with dedicated team members.
As a Private Banking Relationship Associate, you'll:
  • Collaborate with UK Private Banking, Mass Affluent team, and specialist partners for outstanding customer experience.
  • Advocate for customer preferences and provide assistance and education through various channels (online, App, Private Banking Service Centre, Relationship Associate).
  • Support the Head of Team directly with Business support functions including but not limited to: administrative tasks, PowerPoint presentations and other material as required for internal and external meetings
  • Event Management: As part of the role, you'll support with the arrangements of colleague and customer engagement events. Understanding that these activities are crucial for building awareness of the Private Banking Team and the products and support available to PB-eligible customers.
  • Risk Management: Maintain an open risk culture, follow policies, processes, governance. Report concerns to managers.
  • Take charge of your growth with individual learning, development, and performance goals.

What you'll need
  • Strong Communication & Client Service: Confident in communicating with clients and colleagues, providing support and information through various channels (phone, email, digital platforms). Adept at advocating for client needs and delivering a high standard of service.
  • Team Collaboration: Experienced as working as part of a team, supporting senior colleagues and specialists to deliver a seamless client experience. Willing to learn from and assist more experienced colleagues.
  • Organisation & Administration: Skilled in handling administrative tasks such as preparing presentations, managing diaries, and supporting event logistics. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are key strengths.
  • Discretion & Professionalism: Understanding the importance of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive client information, especially for High-Net-Worth individuals, and always maintain a professional approach.
  • Risk Awareness & Compliance: Basic understanding of risk management and the need to follow policies and procedures. Willing to escalate concerns and adhere to governance standards.
And any experience of these would be really useful
  • Experience in a fast-paced, client-focused private banking environment
  • Familiarity with hybrid working patterns and adapting to evolving client needs.
