Job Description
Robert Half is working with a luxury fashion brand who are looking for a Private Client Account Manager / Coordinator in West London. This will be a rolling 1 month contract startiong on the 1st October.
Private Client Account Manager / Private Client Account Coordinator - Contract/Day Rate - On Site (West London)
Responsibilities:
- CRM System Management, Tech Savvy Individual working on various marketing activities and account management
- Coordinate with the client account management teams to ensure
- Manage relationships between the private management teams and the client, coordinating communications through the CRM system & email marketing activities.
- Coordinate and organise private client events & viewings
- Experience with Luxury Fashion Brands
- Experience managing CRM system and data management of private clients
- Be able to support Private Client Account Management outside trading hours when necessary
- It is key that you have the ability to maintain strong relationship and work closely with private client advisors and managers.
- Have a deep understanding of working with high profile clientele
- Help to support the relationships between the private management teams and the client
- Carry out technical tasks on CRM system
- Strong communication skills
- Be able to act confidentially with private client data
