We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our Private Client department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to gain experience while studying towards a legal qualification.
The successful candidate will be passionate about working in law, have strong communication skills, and be committed to providing excellent client service.
The Private Client department supports individuals with a range of matters, including Wills, probate, estate administration, powers of attorney, and trusts. This role offers a supportive environment with opportunities to learn from experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Working with solicitors to prepare evidence and legal documents.
Communicating with our clients and delivering excellent service.
Assisting legal practitioners to prepare legal documents.
Under initial supervision, creating legal documents and inputting information onto our Client Management System, for example file openings.
Learning and applying knowledge on legal compliance and regulatory requirements such as AML and Lexcel requirements.
Identifying data from various sources and accurately recording data.
Confidently using word documents and Excel spreadsheets.
Ability to communicate your ideas, findings, and conclusions confidently.
Training Provided:
As a Legal Apprentice, you will complete a Level 3 Paralegal or a Level 6 Solicitor Apprenticeship depending on your current academic achievements.
Your apprenticeship programme will be delivered by online training and on-the-job learning.
Skills Required:
Microsoft system and basic IT skills
Capable of understanding client needs and delivering excellent customer service

Qualifications Required:
5 GCSEs or more Grade 5-9 Including English and Maths
Plus a minimum of 3 A levels Grade C or above
