Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service, including in person, phone and email. Administrative tasks such as managing diaries and clerical duties. Use our case management system to prepare letters and documents. Respond to customer enquiries in a professional manner. Organise appointments and liaise with other offices to book meeting rooms. Collaborate with colleagues in answering incoming phone calls and greeting visitors to the office.

Experience

Previous office experience is essential and experience of working in a similar role in a law firm would be desirable. Proficiency in computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy is essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues alike.
