Private Client Solicitor/Cilex/Fee earner

Sewell Mullings Logie are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor/CILEX to join its highly regarded team. The role mainly focuses on Trust management and Trust administration with a quality and varied caseload.

Key responsibilities:

The caseload at our firm is diverse and we are looking for a new team member to manage Estate and Tax Planning, Trust creation and Trust administration matters. The role would include advising clients and trustees as well as building and maintaining strong client relationships. Independent management of own case load.
The Ideal candidate would have:

at least 3 years' experience of Private Client work and a proven background in running good quality, trust matters. strong technical and advisory skills in relation to trust matters. There would also be the opportunity to prepare wills and run probate matters. specialised knowledge of Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax as well as a working knowledge of Agricultural and Business Property Reliefs. excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. There will be opportunities to market these skills and acquire new clients within the Cotswolds. a real enthusiasm for Private Client work.
We are looking forward to welcoming a new face to our friendly team. The role will be largely office based due to the level of client contact we pride ourselves on but there will be the opportunity to work from home if required.
