Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE. You will play a key role in managing and developing a varied caseload, with the opportunity to make the role your own.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include advising on:

Estate and succession planning (including trusts) Drafting and advising on wills Trust creation and administration Non-contentious probate matters and estate administration Preparing lasting and enduring powers of attorney
This role would be responsible for developing new business opportunities for the firm.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who can integrate well with our team and provide exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have:

Extensive experience in Private Client law, with a minimum of 5 years PQE A proactive, client-focused approach Strong communication and interpersonal skills A proven ability to manage and grow client relationships Experience in business development and marketing STEP qualification (beneficial but not essential) Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage a caseload efficiently.
