Job Description

We're working with a leading law firm to recruit an experienced Private Client Lawyer for their well-established team in Yeovil. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm that values expertise, collaboration, and career progression.
What You'll Do

Manage a varied caseload covering all aspects of private client law, including:
Wills and Probate
Trusts
Powers of Attorney
Inheritance Tax Planning
Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering a personal and professional service
Contribute to business development and departmental planning initiatives
Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to share best practices
Support and mentor junior team members

What We're Looking For
A qualified Private Client Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years PQE
Strong technical knowledge in Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Estate Administration
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach
Confidence in business development and networking
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
