Private Client Legal Solicitor Responsibilities:

Drafting wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney Advising on estate planning, inheritance tax, and succession matters Handling probate and estate administration, including intestacy cases Managing contentious probate disputes and claims under the Inheritance Act Liaising with executors, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders Ensuring compliance with SRA regulations and firm policies Providing exceptional client care and building long-term relationships

Private Client Legal Solicitor Specification

Qualified Solicitor (1-3 years PQE or above) with experience in private client law Strong knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning Experience in contentious probate (desirable but not essential) Excellent drafting, communication, and client care skills Ability to manage a varied caseload independently and efficiently A proactive, detail-oriented approach with sensitivity to client needs
