Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced solicitors on a range of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, powers of attorney, and trusts. This is a fantastic opportunity for a paralegal with a genuine interest in private client work to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, and other legal documentation Supporting solicitors with probate applications and the administration of estates Liaising with clients, financial institutions, and other professionals Conducting legal research and maintaining accurate case files Providing administrative support including file opening, compliance checks, and document management

About You:

A minimum of 6-12 months' experience in a private client or similar legal role A strong interest in wills, probate, and estate planning Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Professional, empathetic, and client-focused approach Strong written and verbal communication skills Competent IT skills, including experience with case management systems
