Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Private Client Paralegal / Executive / CILEX-qualified professional to join our team. The role involves providing high-quality legal support to our solicitors, managing client matters, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist solicitors in all aspects of Private Client work, including Wills, Trusts, Probate, Powers of Attorney, and estate administration. Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and client communications accurately and efficiently. Liaise with clients, executors, beneficiaries, and other professionals to progress matters. Maintain and update client files and case management systems (e.g., LEAP, CCMS where applicable). Conduct legal research and provide summaries to support case preparation. Ensure compliance with SRA and firm policies at all times. Attend client meetings and take accurate notes when required. Support the team in developing efficient workflows and processes.

Person Specification:

Qualified CILEX practitioner or equivalent with experience in Private Client law. Paralegal or executive experience in Wills, Probate, Trusts, or related areas. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in all work. Professional, client-focused attitude with a commitment to high-quality service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
