The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Private Client Paralegal
to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will support our Private Client solicitors in delivering excellent service to our clients, handling a variety of private client matters including wills, probate, estate administration, and trusts.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and reviewing wills, powers of attorney, and other private client documents
Assisting with probate and estate administration
Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties
Conducting legal research and preparing reports
Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Supporting solicitors in managing caseloads efficiently
Requirements:
Previous experience in a private client or probate role is highly desirable
Strong understanding of private client law, including wills, probate, trusts, and powers of attorney
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Legal qualifications or relevant paralegal certification preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 27,000.00-40,000.00 per year
