Salary: Up to 55,000 + benefits

PQE: 1+ PQE (NQs with extended Private Client experience also considered)

The Role

You will handle a diverse range of private client matters, including:

Wills and estate planning Probate and estate administration Trusts and asset protection Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work Tax and succession planning
You will be encouraged to take ownership of your files, manage client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the department, with guidance and support available as needed.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Be a qualified Solicitor with 1+ year's PQE in Private Client law NQ solicitors with an extended Private Client seat or substantial pre-qualification experience are also encouraged to apply Have strong client-handling and communication skills Demonstrate excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail Be proactive, organised, and committed to developing a career in Private Client work
