Private Client Solicitor

Salary - 42,000 - 55,000 (depending on experience)

We are looking for an experienced private client solicitor to join our existing team as we go through a period of organic growth. The role will be integral to our private client department as we head into the next exciting stage of our journey.

This role will offer exposure to a wide range of client matters and cases, and is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career working on complex and engaging legal matters in a reputable and growing firm.

What will your role look like?

You will be responsible for:

Fee earning within the full spectrum of private client matters, such as probate, wills, tax, trusts, powers of attorney and estate planning

Managing and working on new incoming clients and workloads (there will also be existing work to take over)

Communicating with clients and legal professionals through various case life cycles, often during sensitive processes.

Providing experience and expert advice on private client-related matters, addressing any queries or concerns from clients

About you

We are looking for someone who has:

A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2+ years PQE Previous experience and capability in a fee earning role Experience managing and handling their own caseload
