Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive

to join their busy friendly office.

Main responsibilities

You will be responsible for your own Private Client caseload, dealing with Wills, Probate, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, and tax advice, from beginning to end (with shared legal assistant support).

Key Skills

You will:

I deally have 3 - 4 years PQE
H ave the ability to meet tight deadlines and targets whilst under pressure.
H ave a positive and proactive approach.
H ave a keen eye for detail.
B e expected to progress your own matters in a timely manner and with minimal supervision.
B e able to deal with challenging clients confidently and appropriately.
B e able to manage complex cases as well as straightforward ones.
P rovide support to, and share knowledge with, the members of the team.
B e able to competently undertake research.
H ave a dedication to professional development.
A ctively contribute to team meetings and take an interest in team development.
B e required to provide a professional and personable standard to clients.
