Overview

A dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor is required to join a reputable legal practice. The successful candidate will specialise in advising clients on a range of private client matters, including estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and succession planning. Duties

Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and estate planning documents to meet clients' individual needs. Advising clients on probate procedures, estate administration, and succession planning strategies. Advising on trusts and other legal arrangements to help ensure favourable outcomes for clients. Managing a caseload of private client matters efficiently whilst maintaining attention to detail. Providing clear legal advice tailored to clients' personal circumstances and objectives. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing support and trust. Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and industry developments affecting private client work. Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Requirements

4+ PQE solicitor with relevant experience in private client law. Demonstrable expertise in drafting wills, trusts, and estate administration. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to achieve favourable results for clients. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional approach. A proactive attitude towards professional development and staying informed about legal updates in the sector. Ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively within a team environment. A commitment to providing outstanding client service with integrity and discretion.
