Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Private Client Solicitor to join our well-established and expanding team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior-level solicitor (8+ years PQE) to take on a high-quality existing caseload while playing a key role in shaping the future of our Private Client Department. The successful candidate will manage a broad and interesting range of matters, acting for a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals, families and clients with business interests.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

The caseload includes, but is not limited to:

Trust Administration

Tax Planning Advice

Probate and Estate Administration

Complex Inheritance Tax returns

Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney

Potential Court of Protection work

Qualifications and Skills:

We are looking for a highly skilled candidate with the following qualifications and skills:

A minimum of 8 years' PQE in private client work

Ideally STEP qualified (or working towards)

Strong technical expertise and a commercial outlook

Excellent client care skills and the ability to manage complex matters with confidence
