Are you a forward-thinking Private Client Solicitor with your own following, ready for a career-defining move? I'm recruiting on behalf of an innovative and modern law firm in Horsforth that's launching a brand-new Private Client department - and they're seeking an ambitious individual to lead it.

The Opportunity:

This is a unique, leadership position within a dynamic firm committed to modern values, technology and client care. You'll have full autonomy to build and develop the Private Client department, shaping strategy, recruiting your own team, and influencing the firm's future direction. Supported by a progressive leadership team, you'll become a key voice in the business and enjoy genuine career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and lead the Private Client team, driving business development and client engagement. Handle a varied caseload including wills, estates, probate, trusts and tax planning. Grow and nurture your own network, leveraging the firm's resources and reputation. Develop junior lawyers and build a cohesive, client-focused team. Collaborate across departments to maximise opportunities for cross-referral and service delivery.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years PQE as a Private Client Solicitor. Proven history of building and maintaining your own client following. Entrepreneurial and ambitious, with a track record of business development. Expertise in all areas of private client work with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Modern, commercial thinking and a genuine passion for client service.
