Responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice on a range of private client matters including wills, trusts, and estate administration. Draft and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail. Engage in negotiations on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual needs and circumstances. Conduct meetings with clients to discuss their requirements and provide tailored solutions. Keep abreast of changes in legislation affecting private client matters to ensure compliance and best practice. Collaborate with other professionals such as financial advisors and accountants to deliver comprehensive service to clients. Manage a caseload efficiently while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of service.

Requirements

Qualified Solicitor with relevant experience in private client law. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear interaction with clients and colleagues alike. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on client satisfaction. Strong organisational skills, ensuring efficient management of time and resources.
