Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our award winning Ayrshire legal practice. The successful candidate will ideally be looking to progress their legal career to Partner level or join the firm at Partner level whilst looking for a change that enables a better work life balance.

The candidate will provide legal advice and services to private clients in the areas of Property (Commercial and Residential), Executry (including Wills, Powers of Attorney & Guardianships) and or Family Law. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic team committed to delivering high-quality legal support with a focus on client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring the best outcomes for clients while maintaining professional integrity. The successful candidate will also be part of the firm's management team.

Responsibilities

Managing a diverse caseload efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of client care Negotiating terms and agreements on behalf of clients with relevant parties Providing clear and practical legal advice tailored to individual client needs Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients Ensuring compliance with current legislation and professional standards at all times As part of the management team contribution towards the overall performance and development of the firm Assisting junior team members where necessary and contributing to the ongoing development of the department

Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' experience in private client work Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of clients Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal A professional approach combined with a client-focused attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 45,000.00-60,000.00 per year
