Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our reputable legal practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic team committed to delivering high-quality legal services to our clients. The ideal applicant will possess strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring the best outcomes for clients while maintaining professional integrity. The candidate will have the opportunity to move into a management role in due course. This role will be working daily with a highly experienced partner of over 40+ years of legal experience.

Responsibilities

Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and estate planning documents with precision and clarity. Managing probate applications and estate administration processes efficiently. Advising clients on inheritance tax planning, succession issues, and related legal matters. Negotiating terms and agreements with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties to achieve favourable outcomes. Providing clear legal advice tailored to individual client needs while ensuring compliance with current legislation. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and service. Keeping abreast of changes in legislation affecting private client law and implementing best practices accordingly.

Skills

Proven experience in private client law with a comprehensive understanding of wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously under tight deadlines. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly. Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to legal documentation and case management. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Pay: 35,000.00-60,000.00 per year
