Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive - Legal 500 Firm - Louth, Lincolnshire - 40,000 to 65,000

The Role

• Manage your own caseload of Wills, Trusts, LPAs and estate/trust administration
• Work on complex, high-value matters including those involving agricultural and business assets
• Prepare and review legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
• Support the development of the department through networking and client engagement activities
• Contribute to expanding the client base by attending events and representing the team locally
• Mentor junior colleagues and collaborate effectively within the department
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal standards
• Work towards agreed financial goals while delivering a high standard of client service
• Handle client and telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Liaise with support staff to ensure smooth and accurate case progression

You

• 4+ years' PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive specialising in private client law
• Ambition to become STEP qualified (or currently working toward it / able to demonstrate equivalent technical ability)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong client relationships
• Confident engaging in networking and business development activities
• Strong drafting, organisation and communication skills
• Friendly, professional and committed to contributing positively to the team
