? Our client is looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join their highly successful Private Client department.

About the Role

In this position, you'll manage a wide range of Private Client matters including:

Wills and trusts Probate and contentious probate Lasting powers of attorney Inheritance tax Estate planning
You'll handle your own caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring top-tier client service and legal expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Handle a full caseload of private client matters Ensure accurate, up-to-date and compliant file management Drive strong financial performance through effective billing and client management Identify new business and cross-selling opportunities Adhere to Solicitors Accounts Rules, SRA Code of Conduct, and Money Laundering Regulations Provide guidance to junior members of the team Achieve training and development goals aligned with the firm's expectations

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

Be a qualified Solicitor with 1-8 years' PQE in Private Client Law Have or be working toward a STEP qualification Be confident in managing a varied caseload independently Possess excellent client care and communication skills Be commercially minded and proactive in business development Ideally bring an existing network or local knowledge of the Leicester market
