Specialist document drafter required to support the private client and conveyancing teams across HAIG Legal Group companies. This is a new role presenting a great opportunity for the right candidate. There are opportunities to grow and progress with this firm.
About the Role
You will be assisting the fee earners by drafting trusts and other associated documents relating to lifetime trusts and estates including Deeds of Variation, Deeds of Appointment, Retirement and Appointment of New Trustees, Indemnities, Disclaimers from a full range of industry recognised and maintained precedents
You will have 5 years+ PQE experience in private client or property work and ideally you will be STEP qualified or hold other industry specific qualifications.
You will be confident in dealing with trusts, particularly the drafting of them, and experience in wills, probate, conveyancing and estate administration will also be useful.
You will have the ability to manage your workload; managing a number of complex cases at any one time. You will also have an excellent eye for detail and the desire to get things right first time.
Ideally you come from a conveyancing background to enable you to assist with a small caseload of conveyancing matters, though this is not essential.
