Are you an experienced private client solicitor looking to advance your career with a prestigious and award-winning law firm in the heart of Manchester? Our client is seeking talented and driven private client solicitor to join their dynamic and successful team.

About the Role

As a private client solicitor, you will have experience in all aspects of Private Client Law - including wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, probate and contentious probate, inheritance tax and estate planning. Ability to carry out case work accurately without supervision

Key Responsibilities

Conduct matters on behalf of clients in Private Client Law and related matters Maintain orderly and up-to-date files including electronic files and complying with the companies' policies on file management Financial control including managing cash flow for the team through efficient billing and payment procedures Recognising fee-earning opportunities and developing those opportunities Compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules and Code of Conduct and the Money Laundering Regulations in accordance with current guidance from the SRA and the company Identifying and meeting job related training and development targets Supervision of fee-earning work undertaken by junior members of the team

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Solicitor qualification with 1-8+ years PQE in Private Client work STEP qualification A network of existing contacts Ability to build the client base and help market the company's wider services
