The Role:
We're looking for a motivated NQ-3 years' qualified Private Client Solicitor to join our East Lancashire team. You'll manage a varied caseload and work with clients locally and nationally, delivering tailored advice and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting wills and advising on estate planning
Administering estates and handling probate matters
Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
Maintaining compliance with SRA and firm standards
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE)
Strong communication and client care skills
Ability to manage a caseload independently
A proactive and collaborative approach
