A great opportunity to join a respected and growing Private Client team has arisen in Skegness. Joining this team as a Senior Fee Earner, you'll handle a varied caseload of Wills and Probate matters with minimal supervision while supporting the department's continued growth. If you are a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal with strong private client experience, keep on reading.
What you'll need:
- At least 4 years' experience managing probate and complex wills matters from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of LPAs, Court of Protection, estate planning, trusts & IHT
- Excellent client care and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confident using case management systems
- Career development and support with external qualifications
- Flexible working options (including hybrid after probation)
