The firm is seeking a talented and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its distinguished team. Responsibilities:

Managing a sophisticated caseload of Private Client matters including wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning Advising clients on inheritance tax, succession planning, and lifetime gifting strategies Drafting complex wills, powers of attorney, and trust documentation Handling probate applications and estate administration with precision and care Building and maintaining long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and their advisors Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and firm-wide standards

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' PQE in Private Client law, ideally within a well-regarded firm Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and tax planning Proven ability to manage files independently and deliver high-quality advice Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to client service Familiarity with legal software and Microsoft Office
