Location:
On-site in the Dorset region, with responsibility across multiple offices in the South West. (This role is based in the Dorset region, easily commutable from Bournemouth, Poole, and surrounding South West areas)

Approximately 30 professionals
Salary:
75,000-100,000 (Depending on experience)
About the Role:
As Director of Private Client Services, you will:
Lead and inspire a team of around 30 specialists operating across several offices.
Define and deliver the department's strategic objectives.
Ensure exceptional standards in complex areas such as wills, probate, estate planning, and trust administration.
Oversee team performance and development, supported by HR.
Take ownership of performance management processes, ensuring clear objectives, regular reviews, and continuous improvement across the team.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with professionalism and care.
Drive business development initiatives to expand the department's reach.
Provide technical leadership and supervision while managing your own caseload.
What We're Looking For:
Proven success in leading teams and managing departmental operations.
Strong expertise in private client law, ideally including trusts.
A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Confidence in mentoring, managing performance, and driving growth.
Minimum 10 years PQE in a relevant field.
