Summary

We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join our team in the heart of the legal sector. This role is crucial in providing tailored legal solutions to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on a range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, and estate planning Draft and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting private client matters. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service delivery across the firm. Participate in business development activities to promote the firm's services. Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics.

Qualifications

Qualified solicitor with experience in private client law is preferred, but CILEX and experienced fee earners would be considered. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple cases effectively under pressure. A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Familiarity with relevant legislation and best practices in private client matters.
