Private Client Solicitor
to join our Stratford office.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor with a strong background in Wills & Probate to play a key role in our Private Client department. You will handle a diverse caseload and provide tailored advice to clients with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney.
Advising and assisting clients on probate and estate administration matters.
Managing your own caseload of Private Client work with minimal supervision.
Providing high-quality legal advice and maintaining excellent client care standards.
Supporting the firm's growth by contributing to business development and networking activities.
About You
Qualified Solicitor (1-3+ PQE preferred, but strong NQ candidates considered).
Demonstrable experience in Wills & Probate.
Strong communication and client care skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for developing the Private Client department.
