? Our client is seeking a talented and driven individual to join their dynamic and highly regarded Private Client team.

About the Role

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload covering all aspects of Private Client Law, including:

Wills and trusts Lasting powers of attorney Probate and contentious probate Inheritance tax Estate planning
You'll be expected to handle matters independently with confidence, accuracy, and a client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct and manage private client matters from start to finish Keep files up to date and compliant with firm and regulatory standards Maintain financial control and ensure efficient billing practices Identify and develop business opportunities to support team growth Ensure compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules, SRA Code of Conduct, and Money Laundering Regulations Support and supervise junior team members when required Achieve training and development goals

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Be a qualified Solicitor with 1-8 years' PQE in Private Client work Hold or be working towards a STEP qualification Demonstrate strong technical expertise and attention to detail Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills Be proactive in client care and business development Ideally have an existing network of contacts within the region
