JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor/Lawyer

POSITION: Permanent/Part-Time (2-3 days per week)

PQE REQUIRED: 5+ years' experience

LOCATION: Skipton, North Yorkshire and Keighley, West Yorkshire (commutable from Leeds, Bradford, the Aire Valley and East Lancashire)

SALARY: Negotiable and dependent on experience and calibre of applicant

THE ROLE:

Our firm seeks a confident and experienced Private Client Solicitor/Lawyer on a part-time basis (2-3 days per week). Strong technical expertise across wills, probate, estate administration and LPAs. Experience of agricultural clients, rural clients, commercial clients and Court of Protection matters. Good understanding of tax relief and HMRC requirements. Able to run a caseload independently and confidently liaise with clients and third parties. Approachable, professional and self-motivated Able to assist and provide guidance to other members of the private client team.
REQUIREMENTS

You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years PQE in Private Client matters. Proactive and organised. Enthusiastic, excellent time management skills and an eye for detail. STEP qualification - desirable but the company is happy to support qualification. Membership of the Agricultural Law Association (ALA) - desirable.

Pay: 26,697.55-43,526.20 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 22.5 per week
