A leading Private Client Tax team in a Top 30 single office Accounting Practice is recruiting for a Personal Tax Associate Director to join after a continued period of growth.

You will be joining a highly established Private Client team of 30 people, with a great platform in place to push for Partner.

In this job you will manage your own portfolio of clients providing advisory and compliance services, as well as line managing a team, and supporting the development and future strategy of the Private Client team.

Your job responsibilities as a Tax Associate Director includes:

• Manage a portfolio of high net worth personal, trust and estate clients
• Review and sign off tax returns and any relevant reporting requirements
• Planning, budgeting and billing on tax compliance work
• Carry out UK Tax planning work
• Be a business partner to other service lines from a Tax perspective; answering queries and supporting where required
• Support the growth of the service line through marketing, business development, attending events and client meetings
• Support the learning and development of more junior members of the team to ensure their professional and technical development

Your experience:

• CTA and/or ACA qualified, you may hold STEP
• Demonstrable experience advising high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients
• Up to date knowledge of UK Private tax matters
• Utilise a commercial mindset & ability to recognise cross-selling & BD opportunities
