Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawyer or Trainee Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal principles and practices, with the ability to represent clients effectively in various legal matters. Duties will be dependent upon expericence.

The suitable candidate will be either a New Qualified Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer, Trainee Solicitor or Paralegal.

The candidate will have the potential to train as a CILEx Apprentice and qualify as a CILEx Lawyer.

Responsibilities

Meeting and greeting clients and answering phone calls and dealing with queries. Taking instructions from clients and progressing the matter. Assisting on administration of estates, including setting up files, drafting correspondence both from precedents and free drafting. Maintaining files from the case management system. Drafting legal documents including Grant applications and Inheritance Tax forms. Preparing Estate Accounts. Drafting and amending Wills. Drafting and amending Lasting Powers of Attorneys.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear articulation of legal concepts. High level of analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Attention to detail in drafting documents and reviewing case materials. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in legal research tools and software is advantageous. Pay: 8.00-14.00 per hour
