Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Private Client/Conveyancing Solicitor to join our friendly and supportive team.
Responsibilities
1. Manage a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
2. Handle sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity.
3. Advising clients on private client matters including Wills, probate and estate planning.
4. Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and a proactive approach.
5. Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm policies.
Skills
1. Qualified Solicitor, preferably with 2+ years PQE.
2. Proven experience of managing files independently.
3. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
4. Excellent communication and client care skills.
5. A proactive, problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
