Job Description
A leading City law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with 2-3 years' PQE to join its highly regarded Private Wealth team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level lawyer looking to work on complex, high-value matters in a supportive and technically strong environment.
- Advising on wills, trusts, and estate planning for UK and international clients
- Handling probate and administration of complex estates
- Advising on inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and succession planning
- Working with family offices and liaising with tax, corporate, and real estate teams
- Supporting business development and client relationship initiatives
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 2-3 years PQE
- Solid experience in private client work, including tax and trusts
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Discreet, client-focused, and commercially aware
- Experience with international clients or cross-border matters is a plus
