The Role
We are seeking
well-presented, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Front of House team members
to join our friendly clinics. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in a dynamic and supportive healthcare company.
As the first point of contact for patients, you will ensure every visitor receives a warm welcome and outstanding service, while also promoting our treatments, products, and membership plans.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a professional and friendly welcome to all patients and visitors
Act as the first point of contact for enquiries (in person, phone, email)
Promote and explain treatments, memberships, and products
Support patients with dental treatment coordination and service information
Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks (data entry, filing, scanning, mail)
Keep the reception area clean, organised, and presentable
Contribute positively to the wider clinic team and patient journey
About You
Previous customer service experience (healthcare not required - retail, hospitality or other industries welcome)
Confident, approachable, and well-presented
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus)
Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail
Comfortable using IT systems and MS Office (Word & Excel) - training provided on in-house systems
Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn in a growing business
A true team player with a positive "can-do" attitude
Desirable (but not essential)
Experience in a supervisory or managerial role (e.g., Reception Manager, Clinic Manager) - opportunities available for senior applicants
