Private Cloud Sales Specialist



Location: Hybrid - Home based/ London/Newark

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Digital Space is looking for a

Private Cloud Sales Specialist

to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be the private cloud sales lead, focusing on driving growth for our Private Cloud services, which include colocation, managed hosting, and virtual hosting environments. You'll use your expertise and leadership to engage with customers, secure new business, and contribute to our overall success.

Key Responsibilities



As a Private Cloud Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Driving and securing private cloud solutions, proposals, RFPs, and RFIs with all sales teams. Identifying "white space" within the customer base to increase the sales pipeline. Leading key tender submissions and owning contract negotiations for private cloud bids. Supporting and training Account Managers and Directors through joint customer engagements. Building a market presence by hosting networking initiatives and representing Digital Space at industry events.

Your Experience and Skills



The ideal candidate will have:

A proven track record in selling data centre, colocation, or managed hosting services to mid-market or enterprise customers. Experience with solution-selling and consultative sales approaches. Strong understanding of data centre operations, colocation, and virtual data centres. Knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures and how they integrate with public cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and GCP. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. The ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
We are looking for someone with a proactive, "can-do" attitude who is comfortable with UK and international travel to meet business needs and attend events.
