We are seeking an exceptional

Private Concierge Manager

to join the

Maybourne Society

team at our Corporate Office.

As the Private Concierge Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our new Maybourne VIC programme and platform. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional and consistent levels of service, supervising an executive team covering request fulfilment for leading guests and new members. This position requires a dynamic and motivated individual who has a deep understanding of luxury service, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for providing exceptional experiences.



Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:




Supervise team of Membership Executives, ensuring consistent and exceptional levels of service throughout the request fulfilment process. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-profile members, acting as their primary point of contact. Alongside Director of Private Concierge, run weekly meetings with Membership Executives to discuss KPIs, request trends, fulfilment partner spends. Work closely with other departments, including operations, marketing, and guest services, to ensure a cohesive approach to member engagement and service delivery across Maybourne. Assisting with managing inbound communications via calls, emails, WhatsApp and the Member App, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience. Ensuring updated member profiles are maintained, with accurate personal details, booking history, and relevant information to deliver tailored service.

Successful candidates for our

Private Concierge Manager will have:






Proven experience in sales, membership management, or a similar role within the luxury hospitality or service industry. Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages would be beneficial. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-profile clients. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for clients.
