We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Surgeon to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in anatomy and medical imaging. As a Surgeon, you will be responsible for performing surgical procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive treatment plans.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments of patients to determine the best course of action.
Perform surgical procedures with precision and care, adhering to established protocols and safety standards.
Utilise medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and surgical planning.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records throughout the surgical process.
Collaborate with nurses, and other staff during surgeries to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Provide post-operative care and monitor patients for any complications or required follow-up treatments.
Stay current with advancements in surgical techniques and technologies to enhance patient care.
Qualifications
Medical degree from an accredited institution and completion of a recognised surgical residency programme.
Extensive knowledge of human anatomy and surgical procedures.
Proficiency in medical imaging techniques relevant to surgical practice
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in high-stress situations.
Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical standards in medicine.
