We are looking for a motivated and personable

Private Associate Dentist

to join our fully private dental practice in Bath. This role would suit a dentist who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, communicates well, and is comfortable providing comprehensive private dentistry in an ethical and considered way.

The Role

This is a

general practice dentistry role

within a fully private environment. Previous experience in private dentistry is preferred, but we are happy to consider applicants with limited private experience if they demonstrate the right attitude, values, and communication skills.

Practice Ethos

A beautiful smile results from high-quality, reliable and minimally invasive dentistry, grounded in excellent oral health and sound clinical judgement, with the patient journey considered at every stage.

The practice works with a

fully digital workflow

. Experience in digital dentistry is useful, particularly with

TRIOS or iTero

, but is not essential for the right candidate. Familiarity with

Dentally

is desirable, though not mandatory.

Dentists with special interests are welcome where these complement the practice, but the core focus of the role remains high-quality general dentistry.

The Right Person Will:

Be

GDC registered

Have some experience of private dentistry (preferred, not essential) Be comfortable working in a digital environment or keen to develop these skills Ideally have experience with TRIOS, iTero, and/or Dentally Communicate clearly and confidently with patients Be comfortable discussing and delivering comprehensive treatment plans Understand the importance of ethical communication and informed consent Work with integrity and honesty Be commercially aware and motivated to earn well Be keen to develop professionally and continue learning Be reliable, supportive, and work well as part of a team
(Ethical sales and communication training is welcomed; where needed, this will be provided early on following a successful application.)

Training and Support

Ongoing mentorship and support from the Principal Dentist Guidance with private treatment planning and patient communication Opportunities to develop both clinical confidence and earning potential A long-term role for the right clinician
Interview Requirement

Applicants must be able to provide

clinical photographs and/or digital scans/models of previous work

as part of the interview process.
