Job Summary:

Alliance Dental Care is a leading Dental Group, dedicated to providing exceptional dental care to our patients. Currently, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Private Dentist with expertise in root canal therapy or dental implant procedures to join our team at both the Dental Practice in Devon Area.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Expertise:

Perform complex dental procedures with a focus on root canal therapy/dental implant placement.

Diagnose and treat various dental conditions while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in endodontics and implantology.

Patient Care:

Build strong patient relationships and provide exceptional care in a compassionate and empathetic manner.

Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive measures.

Address patient concerns and ensure a positive overall patient experience.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and mentor junior dentists and dental staff to maintain a high level of clinical quality.

Collaborate with the dental team to create treatment plans and ensure effective coordination of patient care.

Lead by example and set clinical standards for the team.

Administrative Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Manage schedules, appointments, and treatment plans efficiently.

Contribute to the clinic's growth and success through effective patient retention and referrals.

Continuous Learning:

Attend relevant dental seminars, workshops, and conferences to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Share knowledge and expertise with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Full registration with the General Dental Council (GDC) in the UK

Proven experience in performing root canal therapy /dental implant procedures.

Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
