We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Private Dentist / Implantologist to join our expanding, patient-focused dental practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician with strong restorative and implant skills who is committed to delivering exceptional private dental care.
The position offers revenue share on private treatments with good package based on experience and portfolio, providing strong earning potential for the right candidate. We are also willing to support visa sponsorship if we find an exceptional overseas candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality private general dentistry, including examinations, restorative treatments, cosmetic dentistry, and treatment planning.
Perform full-scope implant dentistry, including assessment, treatment planning, placement and restoration of dental implants.
Deliver complex restorative and prosthodontic cases with confidence and precision.
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in line with GDC and CQC standards.
Collaborate with the clinical team, including nurses, hygienists, and specialists, to ensure seamless patient care.
Uphold exceptional patient communication, providing clear explanations and high levels of customer service.
Follow all practice protocols regarding cross-infection control, clinical governance, and compliance.
Work closely with the practice owner to identify growth opportunities and improve profitability.

Candidate Requirements
GDC-registered Dentist with valid indemnity insurance.
Proven experience in implant placement and restoration (additional implant qualifications desirable).
Strong clinical portfolio demonstrating restorative and aesthetic dentistry outcomes.
Excellent communication, chairside manner, and commitment to patient care.
Ability to manage complex treatment plans and work independently within a private setting.
Up-to-date CPD in line with GDC requirements.
