Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in dental care, with a focus on providing exceptional patient experiences. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, educating patients on oral health, and maintaining a high standard of care within the practice.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including restorative work, extractions, and preventive care. Utilise CAD technology for the creation of dental restorations. Interpret medical imaging to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive measures to maintain good dental health. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Experience

A recognised dental degree (BDS or equivalent) and current registration with the General Dental Council (GDC). Proficiency in CAD technology is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of human anatomy as it pertains to dentistry. Familiarity with medical imaging techniques relevant to dental diagnostics. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to patients. A compassionate approach to patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards their concerns.
