Premium Private GP Opportunity - North Wales (Multiple Appointments Available)

We are representing a private client in North Wales who are establishing one of the region's first membership-based, premium GP and wellbeing services. This is an exclusive opportunity for ambitious clinicians seeking a role that combines clinical excellence, lifestyle balance and long-term potential.

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for more than one GP appointment - one substantive role (min. 20 hours per week) where you will be the primary face of the service and at least one sessional/supporting role (flexible part-time hours) to complement the lead GP and provide patient choice. Deliver longer consultations with time to practice medicine as it should be - patient-centred, preventative, and continuous. Provide regular health checks and ongoing care for a carefully curated membership base. Work in a high-end clinical environment with strong support and investment behind you. What's Different

No 8am scramble, no treadmill medicine - just quality patient care in a supportive setting. Above-market remuneration: full-time equivalent 112,500 (37.5 hours per week), ~58/hr pro-rata for part-time/sessional roles. Flexibility on sessions and scheduling to suit the right candidate. Future optionality - from involvement in commercial projects through to potential leadership and share option participation as the service scales.

Who We're Looking For

GMC registered GPs with a minimum of 5 years' experience post-CCT or demonstrable commitment to advanced training. Confident, personable clinicians who value continuity, preventative medicine and lifestyle health (interests in women's health, GLP1/weight management, menopause or similar are welcomed). Doctors who are excited by the chance to shape a premium service and join something genuinely new in North Wales primary care.
